Toon Quiche Sushi
1.
Toon is chopped up and mixed with eggs, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and hot pan with cold oil (for health and less oil, I only put a few drops of oil) and fry it into an omelet.
2.
Spread the omelet on the seaweed and add the rolls (I added blanched snow peas, shrimp, and corn kernels at the time. Since there was no photo taken at this stage at the time, I made this piece of parsley beef sushi later by analogy. ) Seal with mayonnaise and roll into sushi rolls.
3.
After the roll is finished, cut it open and put it on the plate, and finally squeeze it with Korean hot sauce
4.
The snow peas wrapped inside is crispy, contrasting with the omelet crust, making the taste very rich.
5.
The roll materials inside can be arbitrary, and some homemade beef sauce is also a good choice.
6.
This is sushi with soy sauce beef [Parsley and Omelet Beef Sushi], which is used as a lunchtime work meal. So everyone can mix and match at will.
