Toon Scrambled Eggs

Cut off the roots of the toon, blanch it in boiling water, remove and drain

Beaten eggs with salt

Heat oil in a pan and stir fry toon

Add salt to taste

Add egg liquid

Fry to the bottom to congeal, turn over and fry until cooked
8.
Cut into small pieces, stir fry until fully cooked
