Toothpick Lamb

Wash the lamb, drain the water, and cut into small pieces, don’t cut too large pieces, just about one centimeter

Put the cut lamb into a container, and reverse the ingredients soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and sugar into a piece and stir evenly, marinate for half an hour to make the lamb flavorful

After marinating, use toothpicks to string together

The tool we use is the air fryer, first preheat the pan for 5 minutes

Put the skewered lamb into the frying pan, add dried chili shreds, cumin and other seasonings according to your taste, put the frying pan into the removable drawer basket, and slide it into the air fryer

Adjust the temperature to 200 degrees and fry for 20 minutes, turn it over again, sprinkle the seasoning, and wait for another 20 minutes.
