Tossed with Spicy Cucumber Flowers

Wash the cucumbers, cut the flowers and set aside

Sprinkle salt on the cut cucumber flowers and gently rub them into the cucumber, set aside. Put a little more salt for a while.

When you see that there is water in the plate (about 10-15 minutes) and the cucumber feels soft, take a piece and rinse it to taste some salty taste. You can choose to tear it apart and place it on the plate. Put some cotton candy, it tastes very fresh, vinegar.

Pour the oil into the pot, heat it to 70% hot, add the shredded chili, heat to 90% hot, turn off the heat and wait for 1 minute.

Pour the burned oil and chili shreds on the cucumber flower that has been seasoned and mix well.
Tips:
The shredded chili I used was very spicy, so I only used 4 shreds.
