Tremella and Autumn Pear Sweet Porridge

After soaking a handful of fungus, pick and wash it.

Cut into small pieces and keep the pear skin to prevent loss of nutrients. If conditions permit, don’t change to other pears. This pear is big and watery and sweet, and the porridge made out of it tastes good. If you don't like too sweet, you can leave out rock candy.
