Tremella Carrot Rib Soup
1.
Dry white fungus is soaked in advance, and it is best to change the water several times in between. It's hot now, so it's ready soon.
2.
After soaking the white fungus, remove the fungus feet and tear them into small flowers.
3.
Wash the ribs and start to blanch the pot under cold water, medium heat.
4.
Add a proper amount of water to the rice cooker. I usually use water for three people and five rice bowls. Add a few slices of ginger and start boiling.
5.
Wash the carrots and cut them into pieces.
6.
Cook the ribs until the froth no longer increases significantly, turn off the heat, remove them, and rinse them with hot water.
7.
Then put the ribs, white fungus, and carrots into the pot and cook the soup menu.
8.
In the last 10 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of salt, stir well, and cover until the time is up.
Tips:
1. It has been said many times that meat stew should be blanched in cold water and washed in hot water and then boiled in hot water, so that the cooked soup will not contain firewood.
2. Put the salt in the last 10 minutes or so. Putting it too early will make the meat easy to boil.
3. It is best to change the water several times during the soaking process of dry white fungus.
