Use a relatively mature avocado, cut open and remove the pit

Scoop out the pulp and add rock sugar powder. You can also use the same amount of sugar

The avocado is relatively ripe, I didn’t use a food processor, I used a spoon to crush the pulp

Add milk and whipped cream

Stir well

The ice cream machine is frozen in the freezer at -18 degrees one day in advance. After the ice cream is made, take out the bucket and pour the ice cream.

Check the machine head and turn on the mixing

Wait for the ice cream paste to solidify and form. It’s just about 10 minutes cold now

Look at the prepared ice cream, it tastes amazing, even in this cold weather, I still want to eat it
Tips:
The rock sugar powder I use can also use the same amount of white sugar. The amount of sugar is not very sweet, but I personally feel that the sweetness is just right
