The ratio of glutinous rice flour to corn flour is 1:2. Add appropriate amount of sugar and mix the flour with milk to form a smooth dough.

Knead the dough into strips and divide them into equal parts.

Round each minute.

Take a small piece of dough and turn it into a cone with your thumb.

Put all the ready-made Wowotou in cold water and steam for 15 minutes on medium heat after boiling on high heat.

After it's cooked, just add your favorite dish while it's hot. The side dishes I paired are fried carrots and squash with shrimps, which are delicious.
