After the mutton soup has been simmered for about 2 hours, add yam and continue to simmer. Cook until the yam is cooked through.
8.
Put chopped green onion, chopped coriander, salt in a large bowl and pour the cooked mutton soup, yam, and mutton. Add your favorite pepper or chili powder to taste and enjoy.
Tips:
1 If there is enough time, the longer the lamb bones are simmered, the richer the soup will be.
2 After the soup is cooked, add your favorite seasonings to taste according to your favorite taste.
