Lamb Stewed with Tomatoes and Enoki Mushrooms

1. Lamb leg bones are blanched.

2. Add pepper aniseed fragrant leaves to the pot.

3. Add the thigh bone and stew.

4. Tomato enoki mushroom.

5. Blanch the enoki mushrooms and make the tomato juice.

6. Cut the lamb into pieces.

7. Add tomatoes and blanched enoki mushroom lamb to the soup.

8. Add tomato sauce to the juice.

9. Season with oyster sauce and salt.

10. Sprinkle coriander on the plate.
