Ingredients

Tube Bone Lotus Root Soup

1. Wash the bones and blanch them in water.

2. Peel the lotus root and cut into pieces with a hob.

3. Wash the tube bones and put the lotus root into the pressure cooker.

4. Add water to the end of the lotus root.

5. Bring to a boil on medium heat. After the pressure cooker is boiled, change to medium heat. Continue to cook for 10 minutes and then turn off the heat.

6. Wash celery and cut into sections.

7. After the cooked soup is drained, open it, add celery and a spoonful of salt, stir well and eat.

Tips:
