Tube Bone Radish Soup

Cut a catty and a half of the bones into chunks and put them in the pot, blanch them with cold water.

After boiling the bleeding foam, turn off the heat and remove it.

Rinse the removed tube bones with warm water.

Wrap the ginger and garlic with gauze to avoid simmering in the pot.

Put the bones into the pot, add boiling water and ginger and garlic, and bring to a boil over high heat.

After the high heat is boiled, add chicken essence and rice wine, turn off the heat and simmer for one hour.

Peel the white radish and clean it.
8.
Cut the white radish in half and cut into slices.
9.
Simmer the tube bones for an hour, then pour the white radish, add salt, and continue to simmer for half an hour.
10.
After a total of one and a half hours, the tube bone radish soup can be out of the pot.
Tips:
The tube bones must be blanched to remove the blood foam.
