Tuckahoe and Lentils Big Bone Soup
1.
Tuckahoe: I bought a dried product. Before boiling the soup, I took out the tuckahoe and soaked it several times to remove the mud and sand. (Fresh Tuckahoe is better)
2.
Soak the lentils in warm water in advance, wash and drain the water
3.
Boil the water, put the pork bones down and blanch for a few minutes, then pick up
4.
Rinse with clean water, remove and drain
5.
Throw all the ingredients into the soup pot
6.
Pour about 8 bowls of water
7.
Cover the lid, bring to a medium heat and cook for about 1 to 1 and a half hours after boiling on high heat. After boiling, mix salt and chicken powder, stir evenly, and drink
Tips:
When buying Smilax, you can ask the stall owner to help peel and chop it, and you can cook the soup directly when you come back. You can also add some coix seed to make the soup together. I just ran out of coix seed, so I didn't add it.
