Turkish Style Grilled Wings

Wash the fins, then pour the marinade and stir well. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate for 12-24 hours.

Preheat the oven up and down to 200°C. The baking tray is lined with two layers of tin foil, or another grill is also fine.

Arrange the marinated wings evenly.

Put it in the middle and lower level of the preheated oven, and bake for 35 minutes at 180-185°C.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. take out. Don't pour out the juice left in the marinated wings, just brush a layer first.

Then turn it over and apply another layer.

Put it in the oven and continue to bake for 20 minutes.

Bake and take out.

Serve and eat.
Tips:
1. Sufficient time, no need to cut the wings. 2. It will stick to tin foil after baking, it's okay. If you want to look good and not stick to the skin, you can use a grill.
