Turnip Bone Soup

Wash the bones and blanch them for later use.

Peel the radish and cut into pieces.
3.
Pour the bones and radishes into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water and start boiling. After the water boils, reduce the heat and cook slowly, about an hour.

Wash the celery and chop it for later use.
5.
After the soup is cooked, add a small amount of salt and sprinkle a small amount of celery on the bowl.
