Turnip Bone Soup
1.
Prepare all the ingredients. One piece of white radish is about 400 grams, 500 grams of pork bones; 10 grams of scallops (scallops are also called scallops), and 3 grams of ginger;
2.
Wash the pork bones, boil them in a pot, remove the fishy, remove the drained water and set aside;
3.
Peel the radish and cut into pieces, slice the ginger, soak and wash the scallops;
4.
Put all the ingredients, bones, radish, ginger, scallops, and star anise into the pressure cooker, and add an appropriate amount of water;
5.
Boil for 1 hour, add salt and mix well.
Tips:
1. Putting the white radish in time can also let the bones be boiled for 30 minutes first, and then put the radish;
2. The scallops are fresh and sweet, which makes the radish more sweet and the soup is delicious;
