Twice Cooked Pork

Wash pork belly and cut into small pieces, add water, ginger slices, and pork belly to a pot and cook until cooked through.

After the pork belly is cooked, cut into slices, and shred the ginger.

Wash and cut onions and green garlic.

Put oil in the pan, add pork belly and stir fry for one minute.

Add shredded ginger.

Add a spoonful of bean paste.

Put half a spoon of soy sauce and stir fry, add a little water and boil for half a minute.

Add green garlic and onion and fry until cooked.
9.
Finally, add the vegetables and stir-fry them before serving.
