Two-color Coffee Ice Cream Cup
1.
Ingredients: 60 grams of animal fresh cream, 20 grams of condensed milk, 1/4 of vanilla pod, 3 tablespoons of milk vanilla ice cream, 100 grams of coffee ice cream, right amount of cream honey caramel sauce, a little caramelized almonds
2.
First, make preparations. Cut off the sharp corners of the two piping bags, put them into another piping bag with the sharp corners cut off, and let the mouths of both bags stick out. Clamp the cut with a clip, set it aside, and set aside. Whip the whipped cream until it can maintain the pattern, scrape in the vanilla seeds, and beat evenly. Add condensed milk and beat evenly.
3.
Pour in the milky vanilla ice cream with a bit hard texture, cut into small pieces with a spoon, and beat with a whisk until there are no particles. Pour into one of the piping bags. Put it in the refrigerator and freeze it for later use
4.
Scoop out the coffee ice cream and beat it into a puree with a whisk. Take out the one-piece piping bag from the refrigerator, put the coffee ice cream in another piping bag, and freeze it in the refrigerator to a semi-solid state. Extrude a spiral shape in the cup. It looks ugly. Use caramel sauce to squeeze a few circles on the surface and sprinkle with caramelized almonds.
Tips:
Clamping the cut opening of the piping bag with a clip can prevent the slurry from leaking out of the cut opening when the slurry is loaded.
The two flavors can be changed as you like.
