Two-color Coffee Ice Cream Cup

Materials

Prepare two piping bags and cut off the sharp corners

Put two piping bags into another piping bag with the sharp corners cut off

Clamp the cut with a clip and set aside

Use a whisk to beat the whipped cream until it can maintain the pattern

Cut the vanilla pod, scrape in the vanilla seeds, and beat evenly

Pour the condensed milk and beat evenly

Pour milk ice cream

Cut into small pieces with a spoon

Use a whisk until no ice cream particles are visible at all

Pour into one of the piping bags, put it in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and set aside

Pour coffee ice cream into a large bowl

Stir it with a whisk until it's muddy

Pour into another piping bag, put it in the refrigerator, and let the two ice creams freeze to a semi-solid state

Squeeze a spiral shape in the cup

Squeeze the caramel sauce

Sprinkle with caramelized almond garnish
Tips:
Clamping the cut opening of the piping bag with a clip can prevent the slurry from leaking out of the cut opening when the slurry is loaded.
The two flavors can be changed as you like.
