Two-color Glutinous Rice Balls

Divide half of the good glutinous rice flour

Take spinach juice

Spinach juice and half of the glutinous rice flour are combined into a green glutinous rice ball

Divide the glutinous rice ball into several small balls, and make long strips from each small ball

The other half of the glutinous rice flour is mixed with water to form a white glutinous rice ball

Follow the steps above to make white small glutinous rice balls

Boil water in a pot, pour the two-color glutinous rice balls

Cook until the glutinous rice balls float, turn off the heat, and use a colander to remove the glutinous rice balls

Add a few cleaned raisins

Tips:
Because the raisins and dried bayberry have some sweetness, if you don't like too sweet, you can omit the step of adding sugar.
