Two-color Milk Pudding

Beat the eggs well

Add 100ml milk and mix well

Put the egg and milk mixture in a small pot, heat it over a low heat, and add a spoonful of sugar

Take 6 grams of isinglass powder and add 5 times the amount of water to fully dissolve it

Pour the isinglass powder into the egg milk liquid and mix well

When it cools to a temperature that can be touched by your hands, filter it into the container with a filter

Seal with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours

Prepare another color while refrigerating, take 130ml milk

Add 3 grams of cocoa powder and mix well

Heat on low heat, add appropriate amount of sugar (add according to personal taste)

Take 4 grams of isinglass powder and add 5 times the amount of water to fully dissolve it

Pour in isinglass powder and mix well

After letting cool, take out the original pudding in the refrigerator, add cocoa flavor on top, and put it in the refrigerator to keep refrigerating for more than 3 hours
Tips:
1. The isinglass powder should be fully absorbed with 5 times the water before adding it to the water (the ratio of water to isinglass powder is 1:20)
