Two-color Preserved Eggs

Cut the preserved eggs into pieces and put them in a box.

Dice the ham and spread on the preserved egg.

Separate the egg white and the yolk.
4.
Pour the egg whites in, cover with plastic wrap and steam for 20 minutes.
5.
Pour the egg yolk after 20 minutes and steam for 10 minutes.
6.
After being out of the pan, let cool and cut into pieces.
