Two-color Steamed Buns

Add warm water to the bread bucket and pour the flour.

Tips:
1: Don't open the lid of the steamer immediately after the steamed buns are steamed. The steamed dough will shrink and become not smooth when the temperature drops suddenly.
2: If there is no bread machine, please combine the noodles by hand. Remember to polish the basin, face, and hands.
3: Add sugar to the flour. First, it helps to ferment quickly. Second, the family doesn't like light-flavored steamed buns, so add a little sugar. This amount will not be very sweet, only a slight sweetness.
