Two Flavors of One-pot Rice-japanese Rice Balls

Get the materials first

To cook rice, add water to scale 3 for 3 cups of rice (there should be a scale in the inner pot of the rice cooker) so that the softness of the rice is just right

While cooking the rice, mix the canned tuna with Thousand Island sauce and set aside

Sesame, pork floss and some seaweed slices, mix well and set aside (if adults eat it, add a little bit of salt in moderation)

After the rice is cooked, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and put plastic wrap on the table

Pour half of the rice into the sushi vinegar and mix well

Pour out an appropriate amount of rice and place it on the plastic wrap. Dip the rice with cooked water to flatten the rice.

Put on tuna sauce

Lift the four corners of the plastic wrap and press firmly on the rice ball (don’t show the stuffing)

Take out the other half of the rice and pork floss, mix well
