Two Kinds of Noodles Cut into Strips

Take 50g of fine cornmeal.

Heat water and stir into small balls.

Take an equal amount of white flour and mix it with corn flour.

And into a smooth dough.

Dough for 15 minutes, place it on the chopping board and roll it into a thin sheet.

Overlap the dough sheets and sprinkle a thin surface in the middle of each layer to prevent adhesion.

Cut into desired wide strips.

And shake them away.

Put it in a pot of boiling water and cook until it rises for 10 minutes, then remove it and let it cool. Add a variety of noodles and seasonings to eat.
Tips:
When cooking, use chopsticks to gently stir the noodles. Do not use too much force to prevent it from breaking.
