This steamed bun is also made to process the red dates at home before the summer heat. This is a bag of small red dates given by my sister when I went home in the previous paragraph. I don't know which variety it is, but it has a lot of meat and is sweet and ready to eat. After eating some, freeze some in the refrigerator. Yesterday I went to the supermarket and saw the hair cake. I suddenly thought of making this steamed bun. What I like about dates is not only the nutritional benefits I like. I like dates mainly because I like to smell the aroma of dates floating in the house during the making process. Really enjoy...

Ingredients

Two Mixed Noodles and Red Dates Steamed Buns

1. Wash the red dates and soak them two hours in advance.

2. Wheat flour, corn grits, yeast powder and water are added to make a dough that is not too hard, which is softer than the usual noodles when making steamed buns.

3. Make up the dough and make hair.

4. The face is ready.

5. Soak the jujube to the core and cut into small pieces.

6. Put the cut jujube pieces into the dough.

7. There is no need to add water to mix the noodles and make them together.

8. Knead the noodles on the chopping board, divide the ingredients, and knead them into buns.

9. The finished steamed buns need to be raised twice.

10. The temperature is high for about half an hour, the steamed buns are good, and they are steamed in the pot.

11. It will be cooked in about 30 minutes after boiling. A very sweet jujube steamed bun.

Tips:

1. The corn grits can't be added too much, it will make them softer.
2. The jujube is very sweet, so you don't need to add sugar.
