Ume Soup

Ingredients ebony, dried hawthorn, tangerine peel, licorice, osmanthus, roselle, rock sugar

Put ebony, licorice, dried tangerine peel and dried hawthorn in a casserole and soak for half an hour with water, then boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 15 minutes
