Ungrilled Winter Melon Soup

Wash the wax gourd, peel and remove its flesh;

Add oil and ginger to the pot. When the ginger tastes, add winter melon and stir fry. After the winter melon is fried soft, add old soup and salt;

Add the broth and cook for another 10 minutes, then it can be served.
Tips:
When out of the pot, you can add coriander to taste according to your personal taste.
