[united States] Christmas Eggnog

Add 80ml sugar to the egg yolk and stir for 1 minute until the color becomes lighter.

Pour milk and whipped cream, stir evenly, and heat to 80 degrees.

Remove from heat, add freshly ground nutmeg powder and rum, stir, let cool, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight.

Add a spoonful of sugar to the egg whites, and beat until beaten.

Add the refrigerated eggnog, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

With cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate, the taste is icy and creamy~
Tips:
There is a tradition of drinking eggnog at Christmas in the United States. It is the same as we must eat dumplings during the Chinese New Year. Each family has some differences. Therefore, in order to make the taste thicker, I increased the weight of whipped cream and changed the original wave. This wine has been replaced with rum, and sweet wine has always been my favorite~ You can also change to Baileys sweet wine, you can choose your own taste!
