Valentine's Day Herb Roasted Chicken Wing Balls

Ingredients: herbs, chicken wings, garlic.

Remove the garlic from the coat, press it into a puree with a garlic press, and put it in a bowl for later use.

Tips:
1. Chicken wing roots can be fresh or frozen. Defrosting can be thawed with packaging or directly brewed with water.
2. The marinating time of chicken wings is 2 hours. If you are not in a hurry, you can refrigerate for more than 8 hours.
3. Take out the chicken wing balls as soon as possible after roasting to prevent sticky skin.
4. Grease the tin foil baking tray and preheat it to prevent sticking.
