Vanilla Ice Cream

Prepare materials.

Add 5 grams of sugar to the egg yolk and beat until it is thick and swollen, turning into a light yellow state.

The milk is heated to 80 degrees.

Pour the milk into the egg yolk while it is hot, stirring quickly. Then put the finished product in the freezer to cool to 5-10 degrees.

Add 15 grams of sugar to the whipped cream 3 times and beat it to 70%.

Stir the refrigerated custard and whipped cream.

Add a few drops of vanilla extract.

Pour the stirred ice cream into a container and freeze it in the refrigerator.

Take it out and stir it every half an hour, and it will basically take shape after about 4 hours.

Prepared ice cream. It needs to be taken out and defrosted for a few minutes before eating.

Tips:
Repeated stirring can reduce ice slag and make the finished product smoother.
The vanilla extract is replaced with cocoa powder, matcha powder, etc., which are other flavors of ice cream.
