Vanilla Shrimp

Put the thawed shrimp in a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 teaspoon of basil, 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of brandy, marinate for a while. Set for 20 minutes;

Pick broccoli into small flowers and blanch them;

Put the prawns in a pot and fry on both sides of medium heat until they are just cooked, set aside for later use, without washing the pot;

Pour in the blanched broccoli, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper, stir fry for a while, put it on the bottom of the dish, put shrimp on the surface, ready for consumption.
Tips:
Don't wash the pan after frying the shrimps, so that the broccoli that enters the pan later can inhale the smell of shrimp and grass, so that the whole dish is very fragrant.
