Vegetables and Gluten in Oil

The oily gluten is first boiled in water to soften it.

Wash the vegetables and cut into sections for later use.

Heat up the pan, add the chopped green onion and stir fry until fragrant.

Add the greens and stir fry.

Stir fry evenly.

Put the oil in the gluten, add salt, and stir-fry the chicken essence evenly.
