Vegetarian Dongpo Meat

Take a piece of winter melon, wash and peel,

Cut the tofu into pieces the same size as winter melon,

Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon peel,

Tips:
You can add the amount of seasoning according to your needs. It doesn't hurt to add more or less, as long as it suits your taste.
