1. Take a piece of winter melon, wash and peel,

5. Heat oil in a pan, add winter melon peel,
6. Deep fry until golden brown, remove the oil for control,
7. Tie up the order of winter melon, tofu, winter melon, and melon skin,
8. Heat the pan with less oil, sauté the scallions, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves,
9. Pour in the right amount of boiling water, bring it to a boil,
10. Put in the Su Dongpo meat one by one and boil again,
11. Seasoning with cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, abalone sauce, rock sugar,
12. Bring to high heat and turn to low heat, simmer for 20 minutes and remove.
13. The remaining soup water starch thickens, boiled to thicken and poured out.
You can add the amount of seasoning according to your needs. It doesn't hurt to add more or less, as long as it suits your taste.
