Vegetarian Fried Peanut Sprouts

Prepare raw materials;

Heat a pan, add a little oil, add garlic slices and red pepper segments and stir fry;

Stir-fry the coriander, add peanut sprouts and stir fry;

Stir fry a few times and then add some steamed fish soy sauce and a little salt;

Continue to fry until the peanut buds are slightly soft, then add the coriander;

Stir fry until the coriander has just changed color;

Serve into the plate.
Tips:
1. Compared with other sprouts, peanut sprouts are more difficult to taste. Adding coriander can enhance the color and fragrance, while adding steamed fish soy sauce will make it more flavorful;
2. As the salty taste of steamed fish soy sauce is relatively heavy, add less or no salt; the frying time should not be too long to keep the peanut buds crisp.
