It was the first time to eat peanut sprouts. Before that, I only knew that there were soybean sprouts, mung bean sprouts, and pea sprouts. I had never heard of peanut sprouts. I heard from my friends that peanut sprouts are delicious, so I bought some. This time I finally gained knowledge. The white and tender soybean sprouts are plump and crispy. The bean sprouts are crispy and delicious. It feels amazing.

Cold Peanut Sprouts

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash peanut sprouts, green onions, and peppers

2. Cut the green onion into pieces and shred the chili

3. The peanut sprouts I bought have been blanched, so you can just cool it directly. If it’s raw, you have to blanch it in water. Put the shredded pepper, green onion, and peanut sprouts in a large bowl, and put some salt

4. Moderate amount of apple cider vinegar

5. Add chicken essence

6. Add sesame oil and mix well

Tips:

The peanut sprouts I bought have been blanched, so you can just cool it directly. If it’s raw, you have to blanch it in water.
