Stir-fried Peanut Sprouts

Cut off the peanut sprouts.

Rinse the peanut sprouts. Garlic and chili are ready.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat to 6 layers. Heat the garlic and sauté.

Then add dried chili and fry to make the jujube red.

Add peanut sprouts one after another and stir fry for a while, pour down the side of the pot with an appropriate amount of boiling water and fry until the peanut sprouts are soft.

Add an appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry well, and then take it out of the pan and serve it on a plate.
Tips:
1. When the peanut sprouts are cooked, the heat should not be too high, so as not to burn them.
