Fried Pork with Peanut Sprouts

Soak the peanut buds in water and wash them thoroughly.

After cleaning, cut off all the roots and hungry into sections. The peanuts can be eaten without removing them.

Cut the green pepper into slices and set aside, then pat some minced garlic.

Slice pork, add a spoonful of light soy sauce and marinate for ten minutes.
