Vegetarian Fried Winter Melon Shreds

Wash the ingredients.

Peel the winter melon and cut into shreds.

Shred cucumber and shallots, mince ginger.
4.
Cut coriander into sections.

Heat up a pan, add oil, pepper and star anise, and stir until fragrant.

Remove the pepper, add ginger and winter melon and stir-fry until they are ripe.

Add shallots and cucumber and stir fry.

Add salt and chicken bouillon, stir and stir well, turn off the heat.

Add the coriander, pour the vinegar on the side of the pot and mix thoroughly.

Tips:
Don't cut the winter melon too finely.
