Veggie Burger

Cut the pre-made hamburger blank horizontally.

Preheat the breakfast machine for a few minutes, then put the negative slices of bread into the bottom of the breakfast machine and squeeze the salad dressing.

Spread a layer of cucumber slices.

Put down the upper components of the breakfast machine, brush a layer of oil, then beat in the eggs, sprinkle a little salt on the surface, cover the upper lid, and continue to heat the eggs to solidify.

After the egg has solidified, put down the sliced cherry tomatoes.

Add shredded purple cabbage or the vegetables you want, and then squeeze a layer of salad dressing. Then add lettuce, cheese slices, and tomato slices. It's messed up to do this step, so I forgot to take pictures. Because there are too many ingredients, it is easy to make mistakes.

After removing the partition, if you feel that the combination is not beautiful, you can readjust it. The first time I used this machine, I was a little frantic.
Tips:
1. Eggs should be room temperature, refrigerated eggs will extend the cooking time.
2. The breakfast machine must be preheated first, otherwise the eggs will not solidify at the bottom as soon as they are beaten in, but will flow from the cracks everywhere.
3. The surface of the bread dough bulges very high, so there is no need to press it down, because a lot of ingredients are added in it and it can't be pressed down at all.
4. The action must be fast, you can prepare all the ingredients in advance, otherwise the bread at the bottom will bake due to the long cooking time. If you want to avoid the batter from falling off at the bottom, put only the eggs in first, and then fry the eggs before putting them together. This shortens the baking time and the bread is not afraid of battering.
