Vietnamese Style Vegetarian Spring Rolls

Shred potatoes and cut celery into sections.

Cook the ingredients in light brine, add salt, oil and black pepper to mix for a while, set aside.
3.
Dip the rice paper with warm water, spread it out, and put the materials on top.
4.
Fold left and right.
5.
Just roll it up.
6.
Serve with Vietnamese chili sauce.
Tips:
1. The filling can be exchanged for other things, anyway you can do whatever you like.
2. Thai chili sauce is also available.
