Vinegar Cabbage

1. Wash the cabbage and drain.

2. Cut the washed cabbage into sections.

3. Separate the leaves and stems and store them separately for later use.

4. Cut dried chili into sections, mince garlic and set aside.

5. Take a container, add vinegar, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, and powder to make a juice as you like.

6. Put the oil in a saucepan, add the chili section and minced garlic when the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

7. Add the vegetable stalks and fry until they are broken.

8. Add the vegetable leaves and stir fry together.

9. Add the prepared soup.

10. When the soup is slightly thicker, it can be served out of the pot!
