I haven’t eaten Chinese cabbage for a long time.

Vinegar Cabbage

1. Wash Chinese cabbage and slice it with an oblique knife

2. Cut the scallion, ginger, garlic and spicy skin

3. Mix together salt, oyster sauce, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and white pepper to make a juice for later use

4. Heat oil in the pot

6. Stir fry with Chinese cabbage

8. Stir-fry the sauce and Chinese cabbage for a while and it will be out of the pot

9. Plate. The Chinese cabbage has a lot of juice, so it should be the last thing to add to the juice.
