Vinegar Melon

Remove the flesh of the melon and cut into thin slices.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, saute ginger garlic, sesame pepper, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Put melon slices in.

Moderate amount of vinegar, light soy sauce, salt.
5.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
