Walnut Buns
1.
Mix all the ingredients evenly, knead into a smooth dough, seal and ferment to double size
2.
After the fermentation is complete, knead and exhaust, divide into walnut-sized agents, then knead into a walnut-shaped circle, cover with plastic wrap and proof for 10 minutes
3.
Pinch out the walnut spacer in the middle with your hand, and then use chopsticks to pinch the walnut pattern on both sides
4.
Put the noodles in a steamer, let the noodles wake up for about 10 minutes, boil the water to steam for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Tips:
Do not add too much cocoa powder to make walnut dough. I used 100 grams of flour and 10 grams of cocoa powder today. The color is too dark. For those who like sweets, add the right amount of sugar, and the taste will be better.
