Walnut Crisp (lard Version)

Walnut kernels can be fried in a wok or baked in the oven (microwave oven is also acceptable). Fry them and crush them for later use!

Boil a pot of boiling water, pour the weighed lard, sugar and salt into a container, put in the hot water and stir evenly until the lard and sugar melts, set aside to cool.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat them, then pour them into the cold lard and stir well!

Tips:
Walnut kernels can be replaced with other peanuts, melon seeds and other nuts. Those who don't like lard can replace it with salad oil or butter, but if salad oil is used, baking soda or baking powder is needed to make it crisper! The temperature of the oven is only a reference value, and you still need to use your own oven.
