Walnut Honey Cake
1.
Melt the butter at room temperature, then add powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
2.
Add egg yolk and stir smoothly.
3.
Sift the flour and mix well.
4.
Flatten the walnuts with a knife and chop them, add them to the dough and mix evenly until the dough is smooth.
5.
Knead the dough gently into a strip, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
6.
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, knead the dough and press it into a flat shape by hand. Place it in a baking tray lined with non-stick paper. Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the baking tray in the middle layer and bake for a quarter of an hour before taking out the biscuits. Let it cool down on the grill and you can eat it.
Tips:
1. The walnut kernels I use are sweet, so I only put powdered sugar. If the kernels use the original flavor, you can add 50 grams of brown sugar powder. The honey cakes made by doing this look more sensual, add them to the flour Some chocolate powder is also good.
2. A quarter of an hour or so is sufficient when baking. The edges of the biscuits are slightly browned and just right, they will become crispy after being cooled, and the baking time will become very hard to bite.
