Walnut Red Date Ejiao Cake

Put donkey-hide gelatin in a plastic bag and beat it with a hard object to form a block; then put it in a blender and blend into a powder

Pour in rice wine and rock sugar and stir evenly (rock sugar powder or rock sugar cubes can be used for rock sugar, because it needs to be steamed)

Wash the sesame seeds and fry them, it will be more fragrant (of course you don’t need to fry. If you don’t fry, you need to dry them before use); roast the walnuts (you don’t need to roast them)

Put Ejiao and yellow wine in a steamer (be sure to put more water in the steamer); after steaming until the Ejiao and yellow wine are all melted, pour the walnuts (the walnuts do not need to be cut)

Pour in black sesame seeds and goji berries

Finally, pour in the jujube (cut the jujube in half), and steam for about 50 minutes.

When steaming, cover the steamer with a basket cloth, which is not easy to drip; prepare a container and put plastic wrap on it (the plastic wrap is best to be heat-resistant)
