Two pieces of Dong-e Ejiao, about 200g, are placed in a research cup and ground into a powder. Since Ejiao is relatively brittle and easy to fly out, you must cover it with your hands, or ask the pharmacy to help break it.

Put the grated donkey-hide gelatin in the stewing pot, add rice wine, wolfberry, red dates, walnuts, black sesame, etc. in turn.

Cover the stewing pot and put it in a steamer. After the water is boiled, simmer on high heat for half an hour, then turn to low heat and simmer for one hour.
