Water Chestnuts and Red Dates Sweet Soup

1. Wash and peel the water chestnuts.

2. Wash the red dates and put them in a sand bowl with the water chestnuts.

3. Add appropriate amount of water and rock sugar to a boil after high heat, change to low heat and continue to cook for 20 minutes.

4. While cooking the water chestnuts, wash the wolfberry and soak it in clean water.

5. After the water chestnuts are cooked, put the wolfberry in and continue to cook for 2 minutes.

6. Pack out. (I cooked 3 bowls)

Tips:

Water chestnuts are best not to be eaten raw.
Try to choose older red dates, if you don’t like to eat more rotten dates, you can put them in later.
